Summary: First room we were assigned had no working plumbing and concierge argued with us before moving us to another room. They promised to clean the room the next day but didn't. Breakfast area was not picked up daily and flies were in the area, probably due to overflowing trash and leftover food from previous day. Most desk workers were teens constantly on their phones and texting while we were trying to ask for help. My daughter encountered rudeness which is not very good for front desk personnel. We cut our stay short and left a day early.

Summary: End had spiderwebs everywhere, parts of the building was falling apart. Remote control didn’t work and side emergency door stop opening with your room key.

Summary: Adequate for a one night stay while traveling. Bedding, plenty of towels and toiletries were very nice. A bit well used but clean. It is a dog friendly property ao there was maybe a bit of dog smell from previous guests. It was affordable and included breakfast.

Summary: Room was not clean. Roaches present. Walls were dirty. Refrigerator had items in it from previous guests. Towels had stains. Comforter on bed had stains.

Summary: Stayed 2 nights in room 119. Hotel has potential, but needs some work.Trim was missing near tub, exposing moldy area. 2nd night the toilet wouldn't flush. Although not a big deal, TV was only in black and white. Bed was comfortable though.

Summary: Wasn’t the cleanest place and didn’t get room cleaned. Lots of dirt noted at baseboards and corners of elevator. Couldn’t find a staff member at 5 am to pay for snacks.
